The hourly rate is the same as anywhere. What London can add is a couple of charges, and we're upfront about them.
Most modern removal vans meet the ULEZ standard, so there's often no ULEZ charge at all. If your move goes through the centre, the Congestion Charge may apply. Either way, we work it out and show it in your quote.

Because local moves are charged by the hour, the time on the job is what shapes the cost. A single item is usually done inside the two hour minimum. A small flat with a lift and easy parking often runs a few hours, while a larger home with stairs, a long carry or a tricky loading spot takes longer. It's a rough guide, and the access matters as much as the amount you're moving.
Adding a second mover costs more per hour, but the job often finishes quicker, especially where there are stairs or a long walk to the van, so the total can work out similar or less. In central London, traffic and parking can add time, which is why we plan the route before we start and give you the price in writing first.
